I am Vietnamese, living and doing my master's degree in South Korea. I received full scholarships to study in Korea twice and handled everything myself, from paperwork and visa to housing and settling into life here, so I know exactly what support a Vietnamese person coming to Korea needs and where things go wrong.

I currently serve as Secretary of the Vietnam Charity Foundation in Korea (VCFK), helping run the foundation's activities: the annual fundraising concert, emergency relief, and support for Vietnamese people facing difficulties in Korea.

Earlier, at Viện King Sejong Đà Lạt, I handled documents and helped organise Korean cultural experience events. After that I worked in tour operations at a travel company in Nha Trang, planning itineraries and coordinating services for tour groups, and taught Korean for 10 months at the Vietnam-Korea Kanata Language School in Ho Chi Minh City.

I understand that Carrot Global is expanding its global HR support, especially the relocation service that helps foreign staff settle into life in Korea. I therefore hope to bring the experience above to the Vietnam Relocation Operations Coordinator role, supporting Vietnamese staff from paperwork and visa through arrival and settling into life in Korea, and helping Vietnamese people and Korean companies connect more smoothly.
